Club Management Meeting - 05/03/11
Agenda: Installation of Synthetic Mat on Riverstown Community Ground
The main agenda was to discuss the matter of Installation of Synthetic mat on Riverstown Community Ground.

In this regard the first hurdle was to get permission from ground committee.
We are really thankful to;
Martin Baker (Chairman - Riverstown Cricket Club) and
Sean McDermott (Vice President - Riverstown Cricket Club)
who convinced Ground Committee on that matter. Without their help it was really a difficult task. After getting approval the real problem was to arrange funds to cover the cost which was almost €9000 or more. The cost was based on almost €5000 (mat cost) and €4000 (installation cost).

Initially it looked almost impossible. At this

Iftikhar Butt (Vice Chairman),
Bakhtiar Butt and
Faizi Butt offered to sponsor the mat cost which brought down the cost to almost €4000.

This news encouraged the other members and

Liaqat Waraich (Team Organizer) and
Rashid Waseem (Team Manager) both announced €500 each.
Mian Safder (Treasurer) pledged to donate €200 and promised to convince other team members to donate at least €200 each.

Last but not the least
Malik Israr (President) pledged to cover the remaining amount.
